Customising Designs
Our products are all handmade and use high quality materials. We can customise designs for you, using alternative string materials, metals, stones and colours. Please contact us with your requirements and will we do all we can to help.


Jewellery Pouches
All jewellery is placed in a Raspberry Bloom jewellery pouch.


Purchasing
Raspberry Bloom products are only available to purchase online and at events we attend.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. To purchase online please use our secure payment gateway supported by fasthosts payment system.
If you would like to pay be Paypal or cheque please contact us.

If you would you like to place an order over the telephone please call 07896 248 367 and we will be more than happy to help.


Shipping and Handling
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. However customers who have requested custom orders should allow 28 working days for creation and delivery. You will be sent an email once your order has been dispatched.

UK
Postage is a flat rate of £2.50 for UK deliveries and will be sent first class and signed for via the Royal Mail.

International
Delivery outside of the UK is £5.00 and will be sent by Royal Mail, signed for. Please select International delivery at the chechout.

ALL orders over £50 will be sent free of charge via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

All enquiries regarding orders should be directed at contactus@raspberry-bloom.co.uk. Please state your order number, which can be found on your confirmation email or dispatch note/invoice.

If we would like us to deliver the parcel to an alternative address, please state this at the checkout.


Returns
We are happy to exchange or refund any item in a saleable condition returned to us, within 14 days. Please email contactus@raspberry-bloom.co.uk stating your order number (which can be found on your confirmation email or dispatch note/invoice), name and reason for return.
We do not refund customised jewellery or bespoke designs.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed. Postage of the original order will not be refunded.
Please note, earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Repairs
From time to time jewellery may need to be repaired due to wear and tear.
We are happy to repair jewellery free of charge if the breakage is due to our workmanship.
If not we do charge a small fee please contact us for details.
