Raspberry Bloom have the right to amend, remove vary or terminate the content of the website at its discretion and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage.

Ordering
No contract of sale between Raspberry Bloom and you exist, unless we confirm you order and payment via email.

If there is a problem with your order you will be notified in the first instance by telephone. If you cannot reach you an email will be sent.

Users of this site may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use acmultimedia.co.uk content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use without written permission from Raspberry Bloom.

We aim to ensure all descriptions and measurements of products are as accurate as possible. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the product. However, colours may vary due to the lighting or the photography process.

Returns
If for any reasons you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily exchange your product within 14 days. Please ensure you have contacted us either via email or telephone with 7 days of receiving your goods if you would like to return them. Please note we are unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like to cancel an order please notify as soon as possible quoting you order number. If the item has already been dispatched you will be charged the postage fee of £2.00.

When returning an item please include the order number and the dispatch note. Until the item reaches us it remains your responsibility. Therefore we suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
